Living in Bayswater
So if you think Bayswater has everything you're looking for, like me, you might be interested in knowing there are a great range of properties that you can rent or buy. Bayswater is always bustling with new people coming and going so the rental market is a great way to find a nice house that you can live in for 6 months or a year then find your own place. Maybe even find somewhere to do up! Replacing old wiring and installing central heating in one of the older, run down properties and decorating it to your own taste with new tiling in the kitchen and bathroom and getting rid of old gaudy wallpaper can transform properties and who knows, you could end up making some money out of it too! That's what I'm planning to do in the future, maybe on my own, maybe with some of my girlie mates so we can get somewhere a bit bigger but for now I'm happy spending time in my lovely little rented property, enjoying Bayswater and shopping!
